• Installation Instructions and User Manuals
• Training and instructional materials for training courses for and self-study by implementators
• Documents connected with creation and implementation of the information and management systems and a follow-on support of complex projects.
• Documents of tender organizers, tender offers, correspondence and final documents connected with the tenders for supply of specialized software to governmental agencies, state institutions and large companies.

In its professional activities INSEL strictly adheres to and complies with the following rules and requirements:

• Translations shall be made in such a way as to ensure a strict correspondence between the translated and original texts with correct stylistics, abbreviations and acronyms and in accordance with the generally accepted terminology practice.
• Translation of documents of any complexity will necessarily involve the translators and editors from among the specialists with higher professional education.
• Translations will be made in accordance with task orders and projects as beforehand agreed upon with and approved by customers and clients.
