Translation of documents presupposes not only their translation itself but also full maintaining and conservation of their appearance, and, if necessary, maintaining and conservation or alteration of their file electronic formats, that is, the works commonly known and referred to as formatting, layout and /or makeup.
INSEL can handle the following documents:
- Files in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Drawings in CAD-Programs (AutoCAD, Microstation).
The Layout and Makeup Division will help you to solve the problems connected with translation and further formatting (layout and /or makeup) in the events when a customer has only a hard copy or file in non-editable format, such as PDF. Even so, the customer will nevertheless receive a set of documents formatted in the same manner as originals, moreover, all the customer’s desires and wishes with respect to electronic formats of such documents will be satisfied in full.
Does a customer need to have original files altered so that they could contain the text both in a source language and in a target one? Then, the customer will receive a bi-lingual document prepared in compliance with the requirements for such a document to be specified beforehand.
