Methods of Payment

You can pay for translation / interpreting services provided by our Company by any method convenient for you, including through:

1. Homebank.kz
Holders of payments cards issued by Kazkommertsbank JSC can make use of a rapid and cheap method of payment, using the web-site http://www.homebank.kz/, where, after entering it, you will find a special payment system, which “on-line helps” should be followed by you in order to make payment. You will be required to specify in the system the number of your invoice and the payment amount, which we will inform you about after familiarization with your job-order.

2. Non-Cash Settlement

3. Cash Settlements
At the Company’s office, you can make settlement in cash and receive the payment confirming documents such as an invoice, Work Completion Certificate and payment receipt.

4. Plastic Cards

(you can contact the manager to inquire the amount due)

After payment, please send us the notice of your money transfer with indication of your contact details, method of payment/ transfer, description of the services for which you have made the payment and the number of the invoice paid.

An invoice and a Completion Work Certificate will be sent by mail to the postal address specified by you, or by e-mail in the scanned form. So that we could issue an invoice for payment you should provide us with the following data:

  • For a legal entity - a company’s full name, RNN, BIN, bank details, postal address;
  • For an individual – his/her full name, Identity Card number, date and place of issue; RNN and IIN.
