Notarial activities are carried out and notarial acts and documents are performed and executed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on languages. If a person, having applied for a notafrial act does not know the language of clerical correspondence, at his/her request the texts of executed documents shall duly be translated into a desired language.

The notary public will provide assistance to legal entities and individuals in implementation and protection of their legal rights and interests, will thoroughly explain to appearers their rights and obligations, and will inform about legal consequences of notarial acts.

The notary public will provide a competent and comprehensive legal assistance, a proper registration of rights and titles, and will ensure a legal validity and adequacy of a transaction, evidentiary support and real legal guarantees.

Notarized documents enjoy public recognition and have evidentiary effect.

The notaries public will certify our translations requiring a proper notarization. Our foreign clients and customers can obtain notarial certification of signatures on any documents made in the Russian language (as provided for by the Law “On Notariat”) at any time, because our translators are always available in the office and can duly participate in the process of the above certification.
